Inside Tiger Farming: A Long Chain of Profiteers
"During a recent documentary film shoot with a team from Spiegel TV in Germany we investigated aspects of tiger farming in Thailand and Laos before I traveled on to China and Myanmar. There I looked into not only aspects of tiger bone consumption and the trade in tiger derivatives but also the commerce involving live animals. I presented some of the findings to members of the diplomatic community in Vientiane, Laos PDR who had expressed interest in our inquiries, especially in the context of the U.S. State Department announcement of a reward concerning Vixay Keosavang and his continued involvement in the wildlife and lion/tiger bone trade which we documented during an earlier visit."

The Tiger That Went Extinct Because Nobody Cared About It
"It’s always sad when an animal goes extinct, unless the animal happens to be a rare species of testicle eating tarantula or something, so then it may sadden you to learn that the Caspian tiger went extinct, in part, because biologists couldn’t be bothered to find out how many of them were actually left, in the 90′s! Yes, despite what the black and white image at the top of this page would suggest, the Caspian tiger reportedly went extinct sometime in the freaking 90′s, with unconfirmed sightings being reported as late as 2001. "

Cleo, a captive Bengal white tiger at the zoo, gave birth to two females and one male white tiger cubs on Jan. 16, 2014."

"Do you like drawing or creating art? Do you offer commissions or want to start with it? Do you love our beautiful nature or have a favourite animal? So please use your skills and join the Naturama Project 2014! The Naturama project is a project, that collects artists from all nations to draw together commissions for our environment and the animals, we love. At the end of the project, we donate ALL money (each cent!) to environmental organisations to help saving the last tigers, wild wolves, amazing birds of prey, sweet and helpless pets, otters and rare snow leopards, the marine diversity, the little but often forgotten wild bees, the bats and this year as special animal the dangerous sharks! 2011 we started the Naturama Project and about 40 artists collected 1.800 Euro! 2012 we were about 87 artists and donated more than 3.000 Euro! Last year 105 artists draw and create art, so we reached the goal to collect more than 4.000 Euro for our nature! And this year...? Become an active part in Naturama and send a mail at: info@naturama-projekt.org ! The project starts officially at 1st March 2014! Join us now!"

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to remove the article about "sabertooth tiger" cloning. It's a hoax.
